Queen City Plumbing was great! They were able to fit me into the schedule within a day of me calling, and the technician who came over and performed the work was extremely fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Their prices were in line with other quotes I had gotten, so I'd say they are extremely fair in that regard. All in all, great experience and the work was very well done. 10/10, would recommend!

Richard deserves 5 stars, no question. Over the weekend I obliterated our sewer cleanout pipe with the mower while mulching leaves. I called on Saturday, spoke to someone who was on-call, and made an appointment for first thing Monday. Richard arrived on time, explained how he will fix it, and even made an effort to reseed the dirt around the pipe where he had to dig. The price was a little higher than I anticipated, but for the short notice and quick appointment it turned out good in the end. I would call them again and am very happy with Richard’s work.

High marks to the entire Queen City Plumbing team and I could not be happier with our new tankless water heater. Mary Kay provided excellent customer service and got us scheduled extremely quickly. Bill was great going through our options for water heater replacements. And last but not least, Vinton and Rhett did an outstanding job installing our new system. They were on time and had our new system up and running before the end of the business day. If you are looking to replace a hot water system, highly recommend this team of professionals.

Richard was FANTASTIC!! He listened to my “diagnosis” of my kitchen sink problem and was kind enough to validate my attempts to fix it myself (including using the replacement part I purchased from the local big box hardware store). His knowledge of our issue, and the ease of the repair was noteworthy. He took the time to explain what failed with the air admittance valve, and explained the repair process to us as he was doing it. Thanks, Richard (and Queen City) — you are definitely on our repair contact list for future issues!!!!

Called Queen City Plumbing to initially figure out why a shower wasn't working properly. Zack came out and looked at the shower. He was able to quickly diagnose that the shower needed a new cartridge. (It isn't a standard one and his company took the time to research and find the right one to order.) While here, he also discovered we had a water pressure problem and an active leak under the house. Thank goodness he took the time to investigate beyond the cartridge issue. Very grateful for his thoroughness and professionalism. Highly recommend Queen City Plumbing!
